What are facial Dermal Fillers?
Dermal Fillers are substances that are injected just below the surface of the skin to fill in lines, wrinkles and scars.
The Dermal Fillers used by us are hyaluronic acid based products derived from non animal sources. Hyaluronic acid fillers have emerged as the leader in facial dermal filling agents owing to their superior cosmetic results.
They add volume for a more natural, youthful appearance.
The most common areas treated are the smile lines around the mouth, fine lines above the mouth, frown lines between the eyes and acne scars.
There are two types of fillers- permanent and temporary.
At Peak Expression we use only temporary fillers which are absorbed by the body over time.
(Usually 6-8 months) and require repeated treatments to maintain the effect
